Located in a bush setting just 12 mins drive from beautiful Hobart .We have lived on The Ranch , an 11 acre property for 20yrs and are now so excited to share our peace, view and bush experience with guests.. You will enjoy the best of both worlds, tiny living in the bush, a gorgeous view of the Derwent River in front of a cosy fire.. and only a 12 min drive to Hobart's CBD . No stairs, No loft. All on one level. Comfort +! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the Tiny House .. Whilst we live on 11 acres we do ask that you don't wander the property as it's steep and dangerous. We also live on the property and so the driveway is shared so please drive slowly !Please note the Tiny House has a non flush eco loo and free of wifi but you can connect your phone to the smart TV if you desire. Other things to note Please note the tiny house has a non flush eco loo.. We cannot facilitate electric car charging at the tiny house for safety reasons.
