Welcome to our peaceful getaway home set in the stunning Sterling Forest Park in the Hudson Valley, only an hour from New York City. Enjoy the tranquil outdoors, the oversized hot tub, the wrap-around balcony, and the spacious deck. Relax in a great room overlooking the forest and unique natural rock formations. And for the ski enthusiasts our home is only 10mi or an easy 20 min drive to Mt. Peter Ski Area. The space A modern get-away in the middle of the lower Hudson Valley at Sterling Forest State Park, just an hour from New York City. Enjoy the outdoors from the oversized hot tub, wraparound balcony, or spacious deck. Inside, you will find a great room overlooking a forest with a fireplace and big TV, a spacious dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs, three well-appointed bedrooms and a living room/den give you privacy and comfort. There is a playset in the backyard, toys, and books for kids in this family-friendly home. A portable crib is available upon request. Guest access Please Note: This property is most appropriate for families or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway. We do not allow parties of any kind and you must provide an accurate count of guests at the time of booking. There is acrylic drink and tableware available. - Fireplaces are decorative only.  - No fires or coals are allowed on the wood deck. - Do not rearrange the furniture or décor - Use of hot tub is at own risk – follow posted rules - Refrain from activities that may damage the condition of the property for future guests or which result in excessive maintenance or cleaning. - Absolutely no fireworks. - The property is not childproofed, children must always be monitored by responsible adults. - The property may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations. -No pets will be allowed inside the home. - We recommend the purchase of travel insurance. - The host will not provide refunds for situations that fall outside of AIRBNB's extenuating circumstances policy
