Guest access You'll enter using the keypad on the SmartLock - enter your code, wait for the ascending tone and green light, then turn the deadbolt knob away from the door frame. To lock up, press the Schlage button and pull the door toward you, then turn the deadbolt knob toward the frame. If the lock flashes red, wait 5 seconds to reset; if it happens 3 times, wait 30 seconds. Standard checkout is 10am.
