The bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen-size double bed (160 × 200) and has a 43' smart TV and an open wardrobe with plenty of space for longer stays. The LED lighting can be adjusted according to your own wishes. The open living area with a new modern kitchen and large sliding window front overlooking the countryside invites you to relax with the cozy couch. There is also a 55" smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment & Netflix invite you to unwind after a busy day. In the living area and on the balcony there is indirect LED lighting. The new and open kitchen is integrated into the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large free-standing fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop and oven. Cooking becomes a pleasure here! There are plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. In addition, the kitchen has a dining table for two and a modern Nespresso coffee maker. I also provide Lungo and espresso capsules for my guests. The seating on the balcony invites you to linger. You look directly at a green meadow. For hot days, the sun awning provides shade. The perfect place for a sundowner. The bathroom has been newly decorated and has a large mirror front and there is a rain shower. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with private entrance. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your exclusive use. This includes all rooms that are fully equipped, as well as a private, covered parking space directly on the property. Please note that charging electric cars at the property is not possible. However, a public charging station is just 2 minutes away.
