There are two living room spaces and one pull out queen sized sleeper sofas and one couch (one in each living room). Large eat in dining room, eat in table on sun porch overlooking the water or multiple eating locations on the spacious deck overlooking the water. Separate laundry room offers access to a washer and dryer. Backyard is ready for lawn games and the sandy beach has seen many a sandcastle. Home has lots of parking, private deck, private beach, private docks, swim raft, 4 kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, stand up paddle board, life jackets and kids beach toys.
