The host family is under the same roof, so they can support immediately if you need their help during your time of stay. Private card and pass code for entering your space. No one will be disturbing, and there is no time limit. The space Located in the busiest area of the city, less than 1.5km from Da Nang international airport (5-10 minutes by car), KenKeSu is very convenient for you to check in and check out. Besides that, when staying in KenKeSu, you will easily move to famous places such as: My Khe beach, Dragon bridge, Apec park, Cham museum, Han river or beyond, Son Tra mountain, Marble mountains, Ba Na hills, Hoi An , Hue city..., About food, KenKeSu is located in the center so don't worry about an empty stomach, just a few steps away you can discover the world of Da Nang food : Ba Duong pancakes ( Banh Xeo Ba Duong), Huynh Thuc Khang food street, Lien- durian sweet soup (Che Thai Lien), beef noodle (bun bo, Pho), fish noodle (bun cha ca), Vietnamese bread ( Banh My Viet Nam)… THE DESCRIPTION ABOUT US YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW : 1. LOCATION: The house is a bit inside of an alley which is 5m in width and 150 meters in length to walk from the main street . (The alley is enough width for the car to front door but in rush hour- many motorbikes- you have to do a short walk) 2. CLIMB: Your rooms is on the second floor of the house but we have the elevator so that’s not a problem. 3. NOISE: In the city center and indigenous neighborhoods, you will hear the noise according to their activity time. Adult go to work and children go to school around 7am. Sounds from people, motorbikes or street vendors can be heard from 6am. In the evening, after 5:30 pm, everyone goes home and the nightlife is quite quiet. People will go to bed around 10pm and this is the reason for our rule, no party and noise after 10pm. The layout of floors are as followings: ★ 1st floor (Ground): SHARE entrance , waiting area, elevator and stairs, Host family living ★ 2nd floor: 2 Bedrooms include bathroom, kitchen with all amenities, smart TV, Sofa,dining table and wahing machine ,balcony with the street view. ★4th Floor: Share terrace - sunny terra 3. For such a tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitoes in the house .They might come from the outsite when you open the doors/windows. BUG REPELLENT is provided in the cabinet .The mosquitoes really do not get that bad but their presence increases after a hard rain especially in rainy season and the twilight hours. 4. TV: No TV in all bedrooms. Only TV in living room/TV 5: Air conditioner: in each bedroom and in living room. 6. SAFETY. This is absolutely a safe private area. No worry at all during your stay here.
