This accommodation is located in the middle of Gracemere Central Queensland gateway to the south and west. 10 minutes drive to Rockhampton. This home is fully air conditioned. It includes 2 large patios front and back. Suitable for whole family to enjoy and have a peaceful and stress free stay. With lock up garage. Accommodation is well maintained and outfitted with new furniture and new A/C etc. Includes fast free internet up to 900mbps and most streaming services provided free. The space This is a 3 bedroom house with lock up garage. Each bedroom and lounge have reverse cycle air conditioners installed. It has a modern front loading washing and drier. It also has a indoor and outdoor cloths line. The front and back patios have permeable screening for privacy. The front patio also has roller blinds for extra privacy. The whole house is also outfitted with modern fans. Many of the lights in the house are voice activated with voice control from Google hubs. It has a 27inch IMac and computer table and chair in main bedroom which will allow guests to surf the internet at their leisure. The lounge room has modern lounge allowing guests to sit comfortably while watching Netflix ,Stan ,Apple tv,and Amazon prime. There is also a ps4 allowing guests to play online games or bluray disks all on a modern 75inch Samsung tv with sound bar. House rules are also displayed at front entrance (please take time to read.)We strive to give guests total privacy in a clean safe and comfortable environment. Other things to note Total number of guests allowable for this accommodation is 4. However for more than 2 guests there will be a surcharge of $20 per guest. Airbnb definition of a guest is any person 2 years old or above. Any person under the age of 2 will not be classified as a guest and not incur a surcharge. Please ensure the CORRECT number of guests and any pets are entered in the booking details and avoid cancellation of your accommodation. There is a strict (NO PET )policy as we like to offer a clean and allergy free invironment. Rubbish collection day is every Tuesday morning and guests are required to only place food scraps in the bins provided on the Monday prior to bin collection. Food scraps are to be placed in rubbish bags provided and sealed. We strive to have a healthy and hygienic environment for our guests. If extra rubbish bags are required they will be provided upon request.
