Relaxing vacation in a beautiful country house with pool - newly renovated and furnished apartment for 3-5 persons with panorama terrace and pool (shared with a second apartment) can be your home in Tuscany. The space Podere Tanali is located in the mountain area “Monti Pisani” between the villages Cascine di Buti and Caccialupi in the municipality di Buti in the Province of Pisa. It has 4 apartments - 2 are permanently occupied while the other 2 are rented out as vacation homes. Here you can pass relaxing vacation in a restructured, typical Tuscan country house with exceptional view into the plain that between the mountains of "Monti Pisani" and the Apennines. Enjoy the activities that make vacation in Tuscany unforgettable: sightseeing tours across Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Volterra and many more destinations), hiking in the „Monti Pisani“ or in Garfagnana which can be reached with a one-hour drive, Tuscan food and wine in one of the excellent restaurants nearby or simply at home, countryside relax with a refreshing bath in the pool and many other things. Apartment A for 3-5 persons Apartment A has two sleeping rooms on the first floor (1 double room and one single room) and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom on the ground floor with small bathtub and 1 bathroom on the first floor with shower). On the ground floor there is an entrance with piano and wardrobe with an open entrance into the spacious living area with seating area (one of the 2 sofas is a bed sofa (140 cm)), a wood stove, television and a table for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. Apartment A has its garden on three sides of the house and a terrace in the back. The country-style kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a gas stove with 4 flames, an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer combination. Both apartments have in their garden a dining table for 6 persons with umbrella and a barbecue. Via television Italian channels are provided as well as movies in several languages via Netflix. WIFI is available everywhere in the house. If necessary, all rooms in the house can be heated. The windows of all sleeping rooms on the first floor have mosquito nets to protect you while sleeping against annoying insects. Guest access You access the ground of the villa via a non-asphaltic, private road (approximately 500 m). There are multiple parking places on the ground. The house integrates itself into the landscape and has in the back several terraces with olive trees before the forest starts. Towards the plain a shared panorama terrace has been created. It is equipped with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers. Here is located the small pool (open from Mai to September) with shower. We make bed linen and towels (2 sets per person and week) available. For stays of more than 10/17/24 nights, bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. There is also weekly house cleaning. Due to the remote location of Podere Tanali we recommend to travel by car or to rent a car when arriving by train or plane. We are happy to help you with car rentals at Pisa or Florence airport or train station. Other things to note Buti is a municipality in the Province of Pisa, located about 50 kilometers west of Florence and about 15 kilometers east of Pisa. As of 2020, it had a population of 5,579 and an area of 23.1 square kilometers. Buti is famous for its olive oil production which is, as for us, the main activity in agriculture. In Cascine di Buti, there is a small supermarket with bakery and a butcher shop as well as some bars and restaurants. Bigger supermarkets (also open on Sundays) can be found in a distance of around 5 km.
