Charming little 80 m2 Provençal house, in cut stone, ideal for spending a beautiful holiday as a couple or with family (2 adults or 1 couple and 2 children). Nestled in the heart of Provence, between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Cèze Valley, our typical Bas-Vivarais stone family house is located in the small village of Le Garn, the last town before the Gorges de l'Ardèche, which can also be reached on foot. The space Accommodation suitable for 2 adults or 1 couple and 2 children. The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning since winter 2025. Ground floor: 40 m2 "living space" The entrance is through the small garden from where a flight of stairs leads to the "couradou" name given to these covered terraces typical of the region, and the living space. It consists of a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, espresso machine,...), a living room and bathroom with toilet and washing machine on a surface of 40 m2. In a row of couradou, a large covered terrace made of cut stone - so pleasant that it will be your main living space - communicates perpendicularly with a third small terrace, pleasant to enjoy the morning sun or take a siesta in the shade of the summer heat. Access from the ground floor to the 1st floor is from the outside, via a beautiful cut stone stairs. 1st floor: 40m2 "sleeping area" overlooking a beautiful terrace with views of the surrounding countryside. This generous volume is divided into an alcove for the sleeping of parents - 160 x 200 bed; a high-end bathroom all travertine and the children's part. 2 individual beds for children, 2 wardrobes, one dresser, one hanger, 4 nightstands with lamps complete the equipment of this level. In case of hot weather, a mobile air conditioning is at your disposal to offer you optimal comfort. You can lounge on the terraces or in the garden, play pétanque behind the church or on the communal playground. Many walks leave from the village. Lovers of nature sports, architecture, gastronomy, a host of quality activities are available to you for a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, cleaning and beds are done. Toilet linens and kitchen towels are provided. Dog allowed upon request only. Onsite contacts if needed. In addition, the house is located in the countryside; the environment is quiet and soothing but it is possible to hear the church bells, cicadas, dogs ... Guest access Farmhouse located in the heart of the village of Le Garn, not far from the church. Non-private parking, but easy and free in the immediate vicinity of the house.
