Calm Brixton Hill room with balcony & free parking

A calm, bright double room in my quiet, homely Brixton Hill flat, ideal for solo travellers, work trips or visiting friends. You’ll have your own private double room, plus access to the kitchen, living area, balcony and shared bathroom/WC. The flat has rare free outside parking, good bus links to Brixton, and Tulse Hill station is around a 15-minute walk. You’ll be sharing with me and my two friendly indoor cats, so it’s best for guests who like cats and are comfortable in a lived-in home. The space The space is relaxed, clean and lived-in rather than hotel-style. The guest room is bright and comfortable, with a double bed and a lock on the bedroom door. You’ll also have access to the kitchen, living room and balcony. The flat is a good fit for solo, independent guests who want a peaceful London base, easy transport links, free parking and a friendly local host. Guest access Your room, living room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom During your stay I’m usually in and out teaching yoga or working, but I’m available by text and via the Airbnb app. If I’m working from home, I use my separate office space. Other things to note Please note: two friendly indoor cats live here. They are not allowed outside, so guests need to be careful with doors and balcony access. This stay is best for people who like cats and are happy sharing a home with them. I previously had a long-term lodger for 3 years, so although I first listed the room 4 years ago, I’m now reopening it for short stays.
