The apartment is central, it is located by car at: - 3 min from the highway "Exit 5 Anglet" - 10/15 min from the beaches of Anglet and Biarritz - 10 min from Biarritz Airport - 10 min from Bayonne city center. Bus stop at the foot of the residence. Local shops accessible 700 m walk. The space The apartment is very functional and pleasant to stay in. Minimalist but spacious, well-equipped and very functional kitchen. A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, a desk and a wardrobe/shelves structure. The second bed (160/200) is the sofa bed in the living room. WiFi available throughout the apartment and SFR TV available in the living room. Guest access Guests will have access to almost the entire apartment except for a bedroom and a storage room that will be locked during the stay. Other things to note The apartment does not have air conditioning. The residence is very quiet, so respect for the neighborhood is required and noise after 10 p.m. is to be avoided.
