There are two off-road private parking spaces and use of a shared heated swimming pool (in season.) Bosuns is well-equipped and suitable for all seasons. The space Bosuns occupies the top floor of an impressive Victorian house and shares a communal entrance with one other apartment. There is excellent social space with open kitchen and adjoining dining room leading to a small balcony and also a separate sitting room and raised study area. There are three bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms (one en-suite). Interiors are light, modern and comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. The entrance to the building leads to a shared hallway with stairs up to Bosuns' front door. Other things to note The shared pool is only open during the season (May-September). The two dedicated parking spaces are strictly for Bosuns occupants only.
