Perfect place for a family trip in Paris. In a quiet building, ideally located, close to Charles de Gaulle Etoile & Champs Elysées. It has a parental room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds & a single pull-out bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 sofa bed in a closed TV room (separated from the living-room). The space The living room has 4 windows and is furnished with one sofa. A separate TV room has a plasma TV and high-speed Wi-fi internet. It also has a sofa, which can be converted into a bed for 2. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and all kitchen utensils. It also has a washer. The parental bedroom has a queen-size bed. The largest children’s bedroom has 2 single beds and an extra pull-out bed, so it can welcome 3 persons. The smallest child's bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower head and large mirrors. Toilets are separate, close to the bathroom. All the floors in the apartment are hard-wood. We supply bedsheets and towels for your stay. Please let us know how many single beds and double beds you'll need when booking. IMPORTANT: - This is our family flat (principal residence), so storage closet with free space is very limited. - By renting the apartment, you commit to respect the rules of the building, in particular not to damage or make dirty or clutter the common areas, and to ensure that the tranquility of the building is not disturbed at any time ("any noise or noise of any kind, disturbing the tranquility of the occupants, is formally forbidden, even though it would take place inside the private premises"). Guest access The apartment is located 10mn walking distance to “Charles de Gaulle étoile” place and to the famous “Champs Elysées”, 20mn walking distance to Blois de Boulogne or Parc Monceau. Closest subway stations are : Ternes, Pereire, Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Porte Maillot. Arrival and departure times are the following: arrival from 5 p.m. (except exceptions mentioned in the reservation) and departure no later than 11 a.m. Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential building, in a quiet street and a safe, family area, close to shops. Restaurants, vegetable, meat and fish markets (open 6 days out of 7), food shops, bakeries and pastry shops are available just downstairs, which is very convenient. Supermarkets are located less than 5 minute walk. The 19th century building is secure with two door codes on the street and an intercom to get to the staircase. An elevator is available.
