We are 10 min drive to downtown Bellevue for all the upscale shopping and restaurant experience, and 20 min drive to downtown Seattle where you can spend your day taking in sights of the Space Needle or sailing through the Puget Sound. Step out the door and walk 5 minutes to Overlake Village Light Rail, taking you straight to Seattle, and directly from/to the airport. Perhaps you need some time to unwind after a long day of working, or exploring our local area. This condo comes with all of the modern luxuries you’d find at a boutique hotel, with the creature comforts of home. When you’re ready for sleep, you can retreat to queen-sized bed calling your name from the bedroom at the end of the hallway. This queen-sized bed can comfortable sleep two, and additional air mattress or pack & play is available upon request. The bedroom is equipped with black out curtain to provide you a good night sleep. This building is mostly owner-occupied, and everyone here is very respectful and quiet. The building also provides elevator and secured garage parking with gate access, so no stairs are needed from the garage to unit entrance – making it fully accessible. You'll have 24/7 access to the gym located inside the building. I'm the owner of the condo and a new host on Airbnb. But I guarantee you will have an excellent experience staying at my home. Guest access You will have access to this entire place, as well as public space including gym, lobby, etc. You also have 1 reserved parking spot in the secured garage if you plan to bring a car with you. Free street parking nearby the building as well. Other things to note Guest number and pet rule is strictly enforced. Additional guest without prior approval may subject to immediate termination of the stay. Guests must follow condo rules and regulations and will be provided a copy of the rules upon arrival. Guests are responsible for any fines issued by the building management incur during their stay, including but not limited to improper disposal of waste, misbehaving pets or damaging property in the common area.
