Ikoyi is a beautiful, artistically vibrant island in Lagos, Nigeria. The Space The property is located in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property has a security camera located outside the door. There are no cameras inside the property. This is a private one-bedroom legal basement suite. The suite offers you a feel of home while away from home. Cleanliness and comfort are our number one priority to ensure an excellent stay for you. This cozy yet stylish space has been created so you can relax and enjoy yourself with all essentials readily available to you. You will access your full private basement suite via a separate side door entrance, so you do not have to worry about your privacy. My husband and I live upstairs. This is a non-smoking home. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or outside the property. Living and Dining: Your living room is equipped with a comfy couch, a Smart TV where you can access all your favorite binge-worthy apps, lots of blankets, pillows, and seating space to keep you comfortable. The suite comes with a compact and portable dining table with two chairs. The dining table can be found in the coat closet in the foyer. Kitchen In your kitchen, you have access to a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and essential kitchen supplies to meet your kitchen needs. Workstation The portable dining table can be turned into a workstation. Please see Welcome booklet for setup instructions. Bedroom: Your bedroom has a comfortable queen bed waiting to keep you warm and snuggly at night! Find extra blankets and storage space in the large walk-in closet. Bathroom: Your entire bathroom with shower is clean and offers essential toiletries such as shampoo, sanitary pads, shower cap, body wash, lotion, and a blow dryer, so you do not have to worry about having access to these essential everyday items. All these important items are found under the sink in the bathroom. Please do not hessite to contact your host Iffy if you need additional items. Guest access One parking spot is available for you right in front of the property. If you have more than one vehicle, please park on the street. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by walking. Guest access You will have full access to the basement suite/ guest suite The guest will be provided with a code to enter the guest suite within 24 hours of their arrival time.
