This is a large house with 3 bedrooms located in a quiet neighborhood in Omaha. The first bedroom sleeps 2 people and has an upstairs loft that can also sleep 2 people; this room has full bathroom. Then you enter the living room space with dining room and private atrium outdoor space. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed located in the loft above. There is a full bathroom on the main floor used for guest to share. Downstairs there is living area and bed/bath. The space On the first floor there is a large queen bedroom with attached on suite bath. Located in the loft there is a full size bed. On the main floor there is a kitchen, dining room, and living area. There is a private atrium located on the first floor that has plenty of seating. There are twin size bunk beds and a full size bed located in the loft above, and a full bathroom located in a separate room on the first floor. Downstairs in the basement there is a large full size bed with small kitchenette and bathroom. There is also a nice living room space located downstairs with a recording studio and airplane simulator. Outside you will find plenty of seating and a nice lake located in a great quiet neighborhood. Guests have access to use the boat located on property.
