Just a two minute walk to the beach. Walk out your front door and turn left to the beach! This condo has all your vacation needs. Charming and clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with free onsite parking for one small car (tandem), A/C, etc. Walking distance to all OOB attractions. Units are rented out by the week only during peak season (2022) June 22 - September 2. Check in: Saturday after 3PM, Check out is at 10AM the following Saturday. Peak Dates 2024: June 22 - September 2. The space The unit is extremely clean and is stocked with everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, wifi internet, fans for every room, and a gas grill. Walking distance to the pier where you will find the only beach amusement park in New England. Plenty to do in the area. We take great pride in ensuring the accommodations will be clean and comfortable for every renter. You will be able to start your vacation the minute you walk in and not worry about any further cleaning. One bedroom has one queen bedroom, while the other has two full size beds. Guest access Guest access is by code, self-service check-in with access information provided the day before checkin. Other things to note Bedding, towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs. SATURDAY CHECK-IN ONLY. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Parking is Tandem and not suitable for large vehicles (RVs, extended cab pickups, suburbans or expeditions). Vehicles of this size would need to park on the street or a local lot. 3 Bedroom Unit also available for rent for larger parties based on availability.
