The Tiglio Room is tastefully furnished in soft, natural tones. The ideal place to enjoy the stay you desire in complete serenity — a peaceful retreat far from the hustle and noise of the city. The space The Tiglio Room (17 sqm) is located on the second floor of Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda (accessible by stairs) and features: - a king-size double bed (180x200) with topper, bed linen, duvets, and two pillows per guest; -alternatively, upon request, two king-size single beds (90x200) with topper; -independent heating, air conditioning, and mosquito screens on all windows; -📶 free Wi-Fi throughout the property; -✨ daily towel change and room tidying service; -🎬 Smart TV with Netflix; -coffee machine with capsules available for guests; -kettle for tea; -minibar; -private bathroom with window, glass shower, heated towel rail, courtesy set, personal care products, hairdryer, and slippers; -magnetic key card access. On the ground floor: washing machine with detergent available for guests, iron, and ironing board. Important information: -to ensure maximum peace and quiet, the agriturismo is reserved for adults only or families with children aged 12 and over; - breakfast and restaurant services are not provided. We will be happy to recommend excellent local restaurants and traditional venues, all easily reachable within a few minutes. Additionally, the Tiglio Room is equipped with an espresso coffee machine and a kettle with complimentary capsules for your convenience. Guest access Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda is set at the heart of a 60-hectare working farm, cultivated with corn, wheat, and open meadows. A holiday immersed in nature 🌿 is one of the most beautiful experiences you can enjoy — where nature meets a city of art. Guests can stroll along the tree-lined paths of the surrounding countryside or simply relax in our spacious garden. How to reach Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda 🚗 By car: Fondo Gioconda is easily accessible by private vehicle. The agriturismo offers a large, fenced parking area located near the entrance. 🌳 Please note: As we are surrounded by countryside, the property is not served by public transportation (no buses or trams). To move around the area and to reach Venice, Treviso, or other beautiful destinations, having your own car, motorcycle, or bicycle is essential. ✈️ By plane or train: If you are traveling by air, we recommend renting a car at Venice Marco Polo Airport or Treviso Canova Airport. If you are traveling by train, we suggest stopping at Mestre train station, renting a car, and then driving to the agriturismo. 🚕 Taxi service: A paid taxi service to and from Venice Marco Polo Airport is available upon request and by reservation. 🚆 By train to Venice: Our agriturismo is approximately 3 km (a 5-minute drive) from Quarto d’Altino train station. The station offers free parking, and from there you can take direct trains to Venice Santa Lucia railway station, located in the historic center of Venice. During your stay We will be pleased to welcome you personally and remain at your disposal for recommendations on itineraries, local restaurants, and tourist information. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM Late check-in: as we do not have staff available after 10:00 PM, check-in after this time is not possible.
