Vacation home in Oakwater Resort

Beautiful 2-bedroom condo with a private driveway, close to Disney Area, Universal Studios, Sea World, Aquatica and Orange County Convention Center are a few minutes away. Walmart just around the corner and plenty of restaurants and stores. Master room with a Queen size bed and private bathroom, guest room with a bunk full-size bed, social full bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room with a TV. The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security. Guest access Oakwater Resort is a gated community which guests access with a pin, this small resort can easily be traversed on foot. Guests will receive a PIN for the gate and a code for the door, guest enter home through a private entrance with a pin pad on the door. This unit is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs. There is one designated parking spot in front of our garage. (Private driveway for the car in front of the house). Oakwater Resort is a safe place for your family to stay. Besides the entire house, the guests can use the clubhouse for free, which includes pool, spa, fitness, tennis, basket ball, playgroud, and a dancing fountain. Other things to note Checking in at the clubhouse desk, get a parking permit, all cars require registration at the clubhouse. (The HOA requires registration of the car ) Garbage needs to be dropped into the dumpster which is nearby, next to the clubhouse, the Resort does not have garbage pickup. ( Please to not leave any trash bags outside/on the porch - this is a HOA violation ) We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, small dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom, These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest. ( SUPPLIES: Only the initial items will be available at the house). Please plan to bring extras if you are staying longer than a couple days or if you have more than 3 people in your group. Wifi and cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay. The home is provided with centralized A/C, Full equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and many more kitchen essentials, washer and dryer. NO MORE GUESTS THAN THOSE LISTED IN YOUR RESERVATION ARE ALLOWED, ( YOU MUST INDICATE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON THE RESERVATION THAT WILL ARRIVE AT THE HOUSE, THE PRICE PER NIGHT ADJUSTS ACCORDING TI THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ). PLEASE do not disturb any of the items in the garage. Please remember that this is Florida. Animals may live around or in the nearby lake. Insects occasionally find their way inside. The house is sprayed regularly to prevent this. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. We are not responsible for any utility or cable/internet interruptions during the guests stay but will make every attempt to have the utility/cable company restore their services as soon as possible.
