Whare Iti Guesthouse in East Fremantle

Have breakfast at the gorgeous dining table or eat alfresco outside in this architecturally designed guesthouse aptly named 'Whare Iti' meaning small house in Kiwi. Featuring luxury linens, coastal decor and brand new furnishings Whare Iti was designed with much detail and care. The location is fabulous, with many coffee shops and cafes, grocery stores, restaurants and the river within walking distance. The space This stylish one bedroom guesthouse flows effortlessly and has guests comfort in mind. With amazing finishes and high end appliances it’s a great place to chill out and watch Netflix after visiting nearby Fremantle, Cottesloe, Rottnest or Perth. There is also a gym directly across the road. I have an online guidebook which provides guests suggestions of the many restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, it really is a fabulous location. Guest access The whole guesthouse and patio is accessible and private to you. To the right and above the guesthouse is a private residence. No part of the guesthouse is shared, except the driveway entrance. Other things to note This guesthouse is not suitable for children due to the wall in the backyard and due to the space and style of the apartment. The driveway at the front of the house is shared with the adjoining house so there is no offstreet parking in the driveway in the front of the house. The parking is suitable for a small car only. There is a portable stove/hot plate in the kitchen, a portable electric frypan and an inverter microwave (which is a small oven) and Webber bbq outside in the patio. We provide all linen and towels and additional beach towels. Wifi is readily available at the property however there can at times be possible faults with appliances, with weather or power related outages that can disrupt operation which is out of our control.
