Composed of a dining room/living room/open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a reading/game area, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Ideal for 9 people. Our cottage is a fully renovated 1970s house of about 150 m2, located on a wooded plot of 2300 m² in a quiet environment in a small village in the Normandy countryside. It consists of a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It can ideally accommodate 9 people, up to 11 people (with sofa bed). Wi-Fi access, non-smoking cottage, ashtrays are available outside Cook your delicious meals for the greatest pleasure of your taste buds: The Gîte is equipped with a large functional kitchen with all the necessary accessories to have a good stay and prepare good meals (Oven, Microwave, Built-in dishwasher 12 place settings, Large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee makers, toaster, kettle as well as all the equipment to feed all the guests). Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, single sink and washing machine (iron and ironing board). A second separate toilet is located on the ground floor. Your organization for bedtime: The gîte has 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: double bedroom, possibility of having 2 single beds - Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed - Bedroom 3: 3 single beds - Bedroom 4: double bedroom, possibility of having 2 single beds A sofa bed is available, which can be used as an extra bed for 2 people (120 x 190) Do you have a baby? A portable crib and baby chair are available in our cottage. Relax indoors: The dining/living room is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. Several books and board games are at your disposal. An infrared sauna for 2 people is available as an option and by reservation on site. Relax outdoors: Fully enclosed, wooded plot with a south-facing terrace. Several parking spaces in the cottage's yard. A barbecue, garden tables and chairs, 6 sun loungers and a hammock are at your disposal. Sports enthusiasts: For the more athletic among you, a bike room is at your disposal as well as the essentials for maintenance (repair kit, pump, oil, grease and tools). The greenway (bike path) is less than 5 km from the cottage. Pets: Our animal friends are accepted but only in common areas (rooms prohibited). Please respect the premises and pick up their waste at the end of your stay.
