Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, baking dishes, towels, baggies, basic cooking essentials and an eating area, sitting area, living room with a TV, bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vanity sink, a make-up vanity with mirrors. 2 bedrooms with closets and dressers. 1st bedroom as a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. Laundry area has washer and dryer. You are renting whole house. You will not have access to the detached garage. Residential. Wigwam is a frontage street for Highway 59. There is a Dollar General and a Maverik gas station across the street. Additional shopping is a mile and a half north on Highway 59. Includes Walmart, Menards, Albertson's grocery store, Hobby Lobby and Joann, and many other stores and a multitude of restaurants. The main street part of town is 3.5 miles away. We also have the Camplex which has various events at it. The Camplex is 4 miles away. Highway 59(the main north and south road through town) is right beside the house. Highway 59 goes about 3 miles north of us and T's into Highway 14/16, which goes east to west. There is commercial area along 14/16 too. Easy access to everything in town. An easy town to find your way around. There is a wood burning stove in the living room, but it is non-functioning.
