This space is complimented nice by French doors that lead to the water. The combined room has the capability to seat up to 10 people. It has a full half bathroom off to the side. Kitchen: Centered around the waterfront side window and another backyard door, this kitchen offers all the necessities and amenities found in your home. Natural light, coffee station, and stocked pans, dishes, and utensils! A laundry mat is not needed because everything you need is at your disposal. Bathrooms: The downstairs bathroom is a half bath but offers anything you may need from linens to paper products. The upstairs bathroom is fully stocked with all the essentials! You’ll have hot water and great pressure to relax after a long day. Bedrooms: The large primary bedroom features a cozy memory foam mattress centered between the window and restroom and facing the door that leads to the 2nd floor deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as room for your belongings. It has double opening French doors that open to the deck. The third bedroom is the only one not facing the water but has plenty of closet space as well and is steps away from the deck. Patio and Porch: We believe the condo was built around the view and rightfully so. This porch and patio are the perfect spaces to take in the early morning hue with a cup of coffee or take in the perfect late afternoon sunset. The only thing between you and the water is the lawn. Off-Road parking is not available and all parking are marked by spaces.
