A washer and dryer is located in the unit with a large laundry bin for additional convenience. Other things to note There is an Alexa device located inside at the entrance for entertainment purposes ONLY. There are instructions to mute the device at anytime. There is also a noise monitor device located in the family room (no cameras inside the property).
