The space The house is quiet and large enough to ensure your privacy. There is a full complement of linens, toiletries, and any reasonable request can be accommodated. Night shift workers will enjoy the “blackout” curtains and sound machine (upon request). Sleep soundly in a "Purple 3 Premier" Queen-size bed. You and your guest running short on time? Feel free to use the "shared" hallway bathroom (Just let me know if it was used). Use the window unit air conditioner and space heater to make any fine-tune adjustments. Just remember to turn them off before using the microwave, and when you leave for the day. The room is also equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, & microwave with kitchenware. Relax outside in our fully fenced yard (please make certain gate is closed behind you). Prop your feet up in our living room where you can watch TV, read, or simply unwind. Enjoy a selection of complimentary snacks and coffee. The kitchen and laundry are inaccessible to guests. Guest access Rooms available: - Living Room (1st floor) – shared space - Guest bedroom w/ private bath (2nd floor) - 2nd "shared" full hallway bath. Amenities NOT available: - Stove/Oven - Laundry You will enter through the single front door (keyless entry). Keycode will be given after booking. For added security, there is a also a combination lock on the Guest Room door (it will be the same code as the front door). Please remove any wet and/or dirty shoes before entering the house. When you enter, the staircase to the 2nd floor is directly in front of you. Your room is the home's original "master" bedroom located on the 2nd floor. (there is a "Guest Room" sign hanging on the door). Access to the living room is immediately to the right from the main door. Access the backyard through the gates located on either side of the house. Again, please lock the gate upon leaving the yard. During your stay We welcome conversation with our guests, but also recognize traveling is tiring and you may just want to relax. If the doors to the main house are open, please feel welcome to pop-in to say, “hi”, or to let us know if you need anything. The house is armed with an alarm system and exterior security cameras at all access points. Per April 2024 Airbnb security camera regulation: NOTE: 1. This camera has been approved by Airbnb for medical reasons. *It will NOT be activated while guests are booked, but needs to stay in place 2.
