The apartment features two outdoor spaces: a main terrace and a private rooftop altana, perfect for slow mornings, sunset aperitivi, and enjoying open views over rooftops and canals — away from the crowds. Early check-in is not available, as we need the full time to prepare the apartment with care. If you arrive before 3:00 PM, we cannot store your luggage or hand over the keys, but we will send you the address of a reliable luggage storage located just a few minutes from the apartment. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the living room table and gently close the door behind you. LATE CHECK-IN (upon request): • 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM → €30 • 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €50 This is an in-person service outside standard hours and must be paid in cash at check-in. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic building with no elevator, so guests must be able to manage their own luggage. Originally the dream of a little girl who longed to live in Venice, this home has been lovingly refined over time and now opens its doors to travelers from around the world.
