The cabin is beautifully located on a 1 acre plot with an altitude of 987 meters above sea level. There is a fantastic view in the direction of Torvtjønn (large lake, fishing) with ski slopes nearby. The cabin is on two floors and contains an entrance, living room/kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an attic room. It is 75 meters to groomed cross-country ski trails that are connected to 150 km of fantastic trails. The cabin has two cameras on the outside. Notification is turned off when guests are visiting. Cleaning is mandatory and costs NOK 1,800. This must be paid 4 weeks before rental, as well as a deposit of NOK 6,000 per week. If the cabin is rented for 2 weeks, the deposit will be NOK 12,000. Electricity is paid by the tenant and deducted from the deposit. 1 kWh follows the market price and is in the summer between 1-1.5 NOK. In winter it is between NOK 2-4.5. A photo of the electricity meter must be taken upon arrival and upon departure.
