2 bedroom beach house getaway, walkable to lake

Unwind in this laid back 60's beach house. Walk to the lake and have your morning coffee and swim. Explore the nearby Kalamoir Regional Park. Short drive to the west side wine trail. Less than a 10 min drive to downtown Kelowna. This stay is in the perfect location and has all the essentials for the traveller, the adventurer and the fun loving vacationer. This place is a great spot to hang your hiking gear and swimsuit. The space Airy, bright and relaxing space. Separate entrance to the private basement suite through the backyard. Bedrooms are separated by a hallway giving guests ample space and privacy when needed. Private guest seating area in the backyard. Strict no smoking on property policy. If a high thread count and granite counter tops will dictate whether you enjoy your vacation, then this place may not be suitable for you. Keep in mind this is an older house, so don't expect any high end and modern touches. We have kept it relaxed and beachy. We deep clean and sanitize between all guests. Guest access Backyard may be used, but please do not go up the stairs, into garden area. Other things to note The owners live upstairs, so you may hear foot steps from time to time but we are generally quiet people. Also to note, we have a 3 year old friendly golden doodle that sometimes likes to warn us when someone is over. He will not have access to the backyard or guests suite. Please be mindful of quiet time at 9pm-8am. We love our neighbours, so please be respectful of noise and speed limits posted.
