The other 2 rooms feature 1 bunk bed each which sleeps 3 people. Each bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Mature gatherings only. We do not promote nor allow parties as the house is intended for rest and relaxation. No food or drinks in any of the bedroom, please use the mainfloor or outside for eating or drinking Quiet hours between 10pm-7am Please remove shoes upon entering house No unregistered guests in the house Guest must return the house in a reasonably neat and clean condition Please wash any dishes / kitchen utensils that have been used during your vacation. DO NOT leave garbage in the property. Remove or throw out all trash properly before departure in the garbage bin outside. Do not flush sanitary paper towels, diapers, nappies, or excessive quantities of toilet paper in the bowl. Please use garbage bins provided. Do not disconnect the wifi router and exterior security camera from the outlet. A P2000 fee will be charged if we enter the house to restore the connection. Late check-out fee: P1000 per 30 minutes after check out time beginning at 11:01 am. Please do not remove or relocate any appliances and furniture from their current location Please notify us immediately concerning any items broken or damaged in the house. The house is checked after each guest departure. Any damage or loss will be charged to the credit card of the guest responsible. Please do report all breakages. Accidents do occur, and we understand, but please bear in mind that the home you are enjoying is owned property. Philippines plays host to millions of vacationers each year. Guest access This is a quiet street, driveway parking can fit 1 standard car and there is additional street parking ample to 2 cars available as well. No worry about blocking anyone. Our guests park in front of the house, no problem with parking in the street since we only have few neighbours. 7 min walk to save more (grocery store, pharmacy, take out restaurant (Sr Pedro, Andoks, Chooks to go. 5 min drive to AUP (University) and 10 min drive to Nuvali and Paseo de Sta Rosa. Other things to note We highly suggest that you purchase all items (food and drinking water, ingredients, disposable, toiletries, etc.) you may need during your stay before heading to the place. There are no sari sari store inside the village, plan accordingly. Also to help you. Please put your garbage outside the property Monday evening because trash pick up is on Tuesday morning.
