Less than 30 min to Snow Basin Ski Resort and other Utah resorts. 20 min to downtown Salt Lake CIty and 25 min to SLC Airport. The space We have the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood with extremely easy freeway access and close-by shopping and restaurants. Through a private basement entrance, you will have access to the space as well as a covered patio and fenced yard. We live upstairs and will gladly say hello if we see you or if you need any recommendations. With the space being a private basement apartment, there may be potential noise from us upstairs, but we'll make sure to keep the noise to a minimum. We have a young Mini Aussie/Border Collie mix named Sophie. She loves all people and gets along great with other dogs. She may be out playing in the yard occasionally. If you have any issues with dogs, please let us know in advance and we'll make sure she keeps her distance. We love and welcome all pets! We just ask that they stay off the bedding and the furniture. 😊 Guest access Your space is private with a separate basement entrance and a lit path leading through our back yard to the stairwell. We use a smart lock for the door, where the code will be provided to you before check-in (new code for each guest). Other things to note Our kitchenette includes an air fryer/toaster oven, hot plate, microwave and fridge. If you need the temperature adjusted at all during your stay, please let us know.
