We are 9 miles from Oakhurst and 8 miles (20 minutes) from Yosemite National Park's South Entrance. Chiela's Sugar Pine Cabin (downstairs space) spans approximately 650 square feet and boasts a breathtaking mountain view from a spacious deck. Amenities include a comfortable queen-size bed, a 35-inch smart TV, a living room with chairs and a center table, a kitchenette perfect to make coffee, a microwave, small refrigerator and the bathroom is supplied with clean towels and amenities. Constructed in the 1920s by loggers residing in the historical Sugar Pine community, has been thoughtfully restored. Please note that the cabin is situated in a remote, forested area with limited cellular service, only accessible via WiFi. As noted, the cabin's location is deeply secluded, meaning there are no city lights and the access road is unpaved. This is an old cabin, it offers peaceful environment, beauty of nature and comfort, but it does not provide luxury. Guest access Parking for Chiela's Sugar Pine Suite is conveniently located along the roadside of 49988 Locust Road at the Poplar-Locust Loop. There are two roadside parking spaces. Please ensure the stone staircase remains unobstructed and allocate sufficient space for other renters. Upon parking, descend the stone staircase to access the downstairs living space marked 49988-B. To enter the downstairs space, walk down to the wooden staircase. The lockbox is situated on the middle post of the wall, in front of the red door. For the sake of other renters' privacy, covered patio is reserved for upstairs guests. Each living space is equipped with its own outdoor furniture and BBQ grill.
