It's been tastefully decorated and remodeled with all new furniture, appliances and so much more. Unit has a private back deck with chairs to sit and listen to the ocean. Conveniently located close to Starbucks, restaurants, ice cream shop, and only a 10 minute drive to historic Downtown Melbourne. The space Tempurpedic king sized bed in the master with adjustable bed frame. In addition to this bed we offer a portable foam folding mattress. We can host up to 4 guests total. *Please note, that this unit SHARES outdoor amenities with a second unit. These amenities are: garage, laundry room, backyard, outdoor shower and beach access.* No pets. No smoking. No events or parties. Guest access Garage, laundry room, backyard and beach access will be shared with other guests from one other unit. Property has a separate unit. Other things to note Welcome to Florida, we are a tropical climate and along with its beauty comes some little creatures. We want you to be aware that to see a bug or a lizard from time to time is completely normal. We do have monthly pest control to keep unwanted creatures out of the house, however from time to time a lizard or bug may try to sneak inside. If you ever have an issue please let us know as we do our very best to make your stay comfortable.
