The space My guest house is on a location 10-16 minutes from the strip as well as the airport ( Harry Reid International Airport) it is close to local stores( Smith, Smart&Final, Albertsons, Walmart, Sam’s Club)as well different and variety of fast foods(In-N-Out, McDonald’s, Jack in the box, IHOP,Denny’s, Roberto’s Tacos)Close to different local banks( Wells Fargo,chase, Bank Of America)Lovely spacious room with a full bathroom. Has a kitchenette with microwave, medium refrigerator, toaster, sink, single Keurig coffee pot. As a complimentary water, cookies, coffee, creamer, cookies,muffins, popcorn. Guest access The spacious and cute room with the spacious bathroom is available for you to enjoy. Optional if want to park on the driveway for your privacy Or if you want to park on the street also. Other things to note The room is for you to enjoy as it is. No smoking, or any drugs allowed in the room. No pets are allowed in the room. Anything that is broken or damaged will be charged to your account. The room is expected to be clean and well taken care of. If there’s any issues or concerns, you need to communicate with me to fix any issues or concerns, Theres no refund after leaving the guest room. There would be a charge of $200 dollars for cleaning if room is not in good condition. Same day cancellation is non refundable. Any extra guest added after booking there will a $35 charge.
