Our fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for culinary adventures. A usage charge of ₹500 applicable. Swiggy/Zomato is an option too. Solar, UPS, gen-set equipped. The space There are 4 large bedrooms and comfortable king size mattresses. The courtyard seating is huge and you can have the entire group sit around, chat up and have a good time! MAX ACCOMMODATION: 10 persons. Extra person fee of ₹500/person applicable, floor mattresses/cots will be provided. Kids Below 9 stay free 10 - 12 yrs, stay at ₹350 12 years and above shall be considered as a single pax (extra) Our guests are welcome to use our traditional outdoor brick-lined barbecue pit. For a nominal setup charge of ₹500, guests receive charcoal, firewood, and metal skewers, that they can use to grill the marinades that they bring while chilling in the barbecue area. With the only caveat being the unpredictability of weather, guests can savor the joy of outdoor cooking amidst the serenity of our farmstay. If you are availing the self cooking facility, then a kitchen usage charge of Rs.500/- per day is applicable (includes usage of Gas and cleaning of utensils) Guest access For guests traveling with their pet (only 1 per booking), we kindly ask you to keep in mind that while we are pet-friendly and welcome your furry friend indoors, we request that you refrain from allowing your pet on the beds or inside the bathrooms. Please carry pet bedding with you to avoid any discomfort to your pet. Additionally, we kindly request that the pet relieve itself outside in our spacious 4-acre area provided for this purpose. We appreciate the cooperation of pet parents in adhering to these guidelines. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. However, you are welcome to smoke outdoors and make use of the provided ashtrays for proper disposal of cigarette butts. Your compliance with our no-smoking policy indoors is greatly appreciated. Other things to note As a certified organic farm located in a rural area, waste disposal poses a significant challenge for us. We kindly encourage our guests to assist us in managing their waste, specifically dry waste and sanitary waste, by taking it back with them, if possible as our facility is not equipped to handle this type of waste disposal effectively. Your cooperation in this regard would greatly benefit both us and the local village community. We do offer WiFi access; however, please be aware that our rural location relies solely on wireless connectivity, which can experience prolonged outages lasting several hours and cannot be reliably depended upon. We want to emphasize that we are not liable or responsible for any issues related to zero or poor WiFi network availability during your stay. Your understanding of these potential limitations is greatly appreciated. Our manager (number shared on the day of check in) can be reached for any assistance (preferred language is Kannada. English and Hindi managable) and a help at the location (preferred language is Kannada and Hindi) who can be reached for any housekeeping or towel/sheet change only if required).
