Long term guests of 4 weeks or more : Additional cleaning will be provided to ensure the house is kept clean. Pool will be cleaned weekly. Guests will have 1 full tank of propane to heat pool/hot tub. If refill is needed, guests will be charged a fee of $750/refill. Refill is required when it reaches 15%.
