Welcome to our sunny 2-bedroom duplex in Parque Santiago II, the very heart of cheerful Playa de las Americas! The duplex is located on 2-3 floors of the complex. The down floor of the apartment has a mini-kitchen and a living room with a spacious sunny balcony (pool view). The upper floor of the apartment comprises of two bedrooms (both with two single beds) and a bathroom with a washing machine, shower, bidet, WC, and a sink. The space The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for your amazing vacation. It includes AIR CONDITIONERS, the dishwasher, washing machine, free wi-fi, TV with Netflix, fridge, safe ceiling fans in every room, hairdryer, iron, microwaves, safe, and other facilities there. Guest access Parque Santiago II is a well maintained frontline complex. It has a beautiful green territory and a salt water pool, heated in winter. The complex faces a popular promenade and rocky volcanic beach, which is ideal for surfing. Perfect sandy beaches are located in both directions in a short walk distance. Sunlounges and umbrellas at the pool are not included, they are charged locally.
