I live a 9 min walk from NYGH and 10 min drive to Sunnybrook. **If you're a MEDICAL/CCNM student - please message me to receive a discount on those service fees to help with your elective costs or if you're looking for a 2 week stay. Includes: Wifi, Desk, Lamp, Parking and Kitchen Pots/Pans, Utensils, Towels, sheets. Other things to note We don't provide toilet paper and bath soaps/toiletries. There is a Dollarama and Shoppers Drug Mart that is 15 min walking distance from the house where these products can be purchased. If lost key or locked key in room there is a $25 fee to cover transportation costs to make a dedicated trip and cost of key replacement.
