A late fee of $50/hour will be collected unless late checkout has been approved in advance. If the next day is booked, a maximum of one hour late checkout can be approved. 2. Reservation over 30 days is not valued until confirmed with the owner. 3. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9 pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be canceled immediately and the security deposit will be forfeited. 4. Please let us know in advance if you need to use the 3rd parking spot. No RV parking is allowed for over 24 hours, and all cars are requested to park inside the garage overnight per neighborhood rules.
