Riad Baraka is private, entirely for a group: family, friends. The area is secure. View on the whole city! Ideally located in the heart of Marrakech, between the Medina and the Royal Palace. Close to the Mamounia (8'), the Koutoubia (7'), the Jamaa El Fna Square and its souks (12'). Elegant, spacious and quiet. A basin to refresh yourself and a nice terrace with kitchen. For the respect of the neighbours, please give preference to rest. Additional service: Taxi. Breakfast. The space Riad baraka is primarily an accommodation service, not a hotel. We are not responsible for these additional services, but we can put you in touch with professionals. Service on request: 1. Breakfast (classic Moroccan): Price per breakfast per day: 15€ (150dh) for the cook + 3,5€ (35dh) for food per day and per person. 2. Private driver : Airport <-> Riad 20€ (200dh) for 4 people. 30€ for 5-6 people. 35€ for 7-8 people. + 5€ night rate for arrivals and departures. These two services are extra. To be paid in cash on site to the cook or driver. —————- The entrance leads directly to the pond opposite, the kitchen to the right. Kitchen: all the elements are available for cooking. If necessary, you can ask for advice on where to find food in the neighbourhood. The crockery is in the cupboard in the living room. A large modern table with custom-made chairs for eating together leads to the large living room which also seats 8 people. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, hairdryer and towels. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, hairdryer and towels. Each room has its own unique decoration :) Terrace: Shower, 3 deckchairs for resting, a corner kitchen, a dining and tea area. Guest access The whole dwelling except the technical parts. Other things to note The house is only available on Airbnb, we would like to remind you that you are not in a guest house or hotel, but in a private house (with staff for reception, cleaning and service). The house is privatized for your group. A full Moroccan breakfast can be served daily by our staff. These services must be paid for in cash on site. Moroccan law strictly prohibits bringing Moroccan boys or girls to the Riad. This exposes you to legal proceedings, imprisonment and will damage the image of our house in the vicinity. In order to respect our neighbours, no overflow will be tolerated at the Riad. This is not a discotheque but a place of rest, sharing and calm.
