Quirky Cheery Private Room - Fall Creek Place Indy

Simple small room in large home. This charming 19th century home with high ceilings and many windows offers a lovely space to stay. Located in Fall Creek Indianapolis, we are a 5 minute drive from downtown and a 15 minute drive from Broadripple. Fast food and restaurants walking distance away. The Indy redline stops a few minutes walk away, so everything is easily accessible. PLEASE NOTE - this room is on the 3rd floor. The space This room is located on the 3rd floor, and has a twin sized bed, a desk, and a locking door with a key for you to us during your stay. The room is small and simple, but has the essentials. The common spaces such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, office, sitting room, and back deck are spacious and comfortable. There is space for both privacy, or socialization depending on your preference. It is one of several rooms here dedicated Airbnb. We’ve been updating the house the past few months with paint, refinished floors, newer appliances and general love this beautiful old home needed. Guest access Guests have access to 3 full bathrooms (one on each floor), full kitchen, 1st floor common spaces and back deck. Guests do not have access to the basement or other guests rooms. During your stay We are available if needed, otherwise guests are welcome to come and go as you please. Property manager lives on site. Other things to note We have a very sweet doggie who stays with us most weekends. Please be aware there may be a dog in the house during your stay.
