Our house is a detached villa in a private garden with a view of the Bosphorus in Çengelköy, which has preserved its beauty and historical texture among the Bosphorus districts of Istanbul. As soon as you step out of the front door, you'll be enchanted by the scent of jasmine. You can reach Çengelköy beach, cafes and restaurants, bazaar, weekly local market, ferry port, Bosphorus bus line by walking 5-10 minutes without driving. The space Our Mediterranean-style house consists of two floors with a usable area of 200 square meters and both floors open to two separate gardens. Each has a separate living/dining room, whichever you choose to sit in, the view or the garden are both very enjoyable. The garden is also around 200 square meters. On the side, there is a smaller room with a single bed, wardrobe, dresser and built-in closet with shelves. There is also a toilet on this floor. • The wooden staircase leading downstairs brings you to a fully equipped kitchen. Next to it is a living/dining TV room with a large dining table. Surrounded by large windows, the room opens to the downstairs garden. It is possible to pass between the gardens on both floors both from the inside and from the outside by stairs. It's great to sit on the patio in the garden. On this floor, there is a bedroom overlooking the garden, a double bed, a bookcase and a dresser, as well as a master bathroom that opens to the bedroom and a washing machine in the bathroom.
