Our house is a detached villa in Çengelköy, which has preserved its beauty and historical texture among the Bosphorus neighborhoods of Istanbul, in a private garden with a view of the Bosphorus. The smell of jasmine will enchant you as soon as you walk out the outside door of the house. You can reach Çengelköy beach, cafes and restaurants, bazaar, weekly local bazaar, ferry port, Bosphorus bus line within 5-10 minutes walking distance without driving. The space Usage in our Mediterranean style house consists of two floors in 200 m square and both floors open to two separate gardens. Each has a separate living/dining room, whichever one you choose to sit in is the view or the garden is both very enjoyable. The garden use is also around 200 square meters. Private parking for the house is also available. • When you enter through the garden door, you will find yourself in the courtyard in a garden with a fountain, and when you close the door behind you, the wide panoramic sea view and the palm garden surround you, not in the center of Istanbul, but in a calm Mediterranean town. • The living room with a view surrounded by large windows on the ground floor has a sofa set, a dining table for eight, a bookshelf, and a double sofa set against the view. This floor also consists of a master bedroom overlooking the garden, a separate dressing room and a master bathroom. Bedroom has a king size 2.00x2.00 m big japanese style bed, a dressing table with mirror. There is also a smaller room on the side, with a single bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a walk-in closet with shelves. There is also a toilet on this floor. •The wooden staircase leading downstairs brings you to a fully equipped kitchen. Next to it, there is a living/dining TV room with a large dining table. Surrounded by large glass, the room opens to the lower level garden. It is possible to pass between the gardens on both floors both from the inside of the house and from the outside by stairs. Sitting on the patio in the garden is fantastic. On this floor, in a bedroom overlooking the garden, there is a double bed, a bookshelf and a dresser, as well as an en-suite bathroom opening to the bedroom and a washing machine in the bathroom.
