The space In the main villa there is a large living room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms with a full en-suite bathroom (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and an additional bathroom with a laundry corner. In the annex there is a fourth double bedroom and a full bathroom. All the floors are made of Lecce stone and the barrel ceilings are made of local tuff. The property is completed by a large swimming pool with an equipped area and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. The main villages of the Itria Valley - Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica - are easily accessible. Historical-artistic destinations, as well as places famous for their food and wine richness. Alberobello, with its trulli and UNESCO heritage, is only 35 km away. Guest access The property is partially fenced and accessed through a private gate. While enjoying absolute privacy and tranquility, the property is located in a residential area and is easily accessible from the provincial road; four parking spaces are available. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property except for the technical rooms. Other things to note According to local regulations, we are required to register all guests before their arrival. This means we need your personal data and a scanned copy of your ID. Upon check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement and a mandatory accommodation tax of €2 per night/guest will be charged for adults and children over 12 years of age.
