Have fun with the whole family at our beautifully modern cottage by Lake Texoma. With less than a 10 minute drive to the lake, you can enjoy water activities and various hikes during your stay. Our pet friendly cottage allows space for your fur friend in our dog enclosure complete with shade from the pecan tree. You’ll enjoy our arcade gaming corner, outdoor seating, and close proximity to Lake Texoma. Make sure to take a stroll downtown on Main St. for local shopping and dining. The space This is a quaint cottage built in 2019 with modern lake and vintage aesthetics. You will feel comfortable and relaxed in our homey atmosphere. We provide basic pots and pans and the cupboards are stocked with dishes for your stay. You’ll also have keurig coffee pods, sugar, and cream available for morning coffee. The keurig is located on the fridge and can be used by touching the screen. Please feel free to use any condiments while you stay, but leave them behind upon checkout for future guests. Our showers come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The backyard is fully enclosed and has fencing around the property that was installed in 2021. The yard has a separate enclosure for dogs (no more than 2 dogs allowed), patio with outdoor seating, as well as a gated parking pad you can reserve for any of your recreational or work vehicles. If you would like to reserve the gated pad, it is $10 per day. Please inquire through the app for the reservation process. Otherwise, there is a driveway parking pad included in your stay as well as ample street parking. Guest access Access of the whole house and exterior space. There will be no access to the shed in the backyard of the property. We will provide you with check in instructions for your booking. Other things to note We ask that you enter the property through the backyard fence and back door entrance of the home. Outdoor ring cameras are to remain on at all times. There is free driveway parking and we offer reserved gated parking for an additional $10 per night. Weekly parking stays are $50 and monthly are $150.
