Come and stay at our light and bright recently renovated Creekside townhouse at the shore near Bethany Beach. One of our favorite parts of the beach house is the wall of windows on the main floor that open to a beautiful view of Delaware’s unique, protected wetlands. Enjoy the many local shops and restaurants and take in a movie on the beach or a summer concert at the bandstand. You will leave with amazing memories and hopefully a shell in your pocket and some sand between your toes! The space Come for a visit to our “Shore Fun” townhome. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths our “Shore Fun” home will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. While you are here you can spend lazy days at the beach, curl up on the couch and watch a movie on our 70 inch TV, play games or work a puzzle on the game table, or lounge in the sunroom or on our private deck with a good book. Our community also offers a pool and a private boat ramp and pier. We are right across the street from grocery stores and restaurants if you like to stay close to home. In just a short 7 min drive you will arrive at beautiful Bethany Beach with its busy boardwalk and sandy beaches. There is plenty of space to gather as friends or family in the kitchen area with a large dining table or in the living room area with a large sectional and game table. If you need a quiet spot or a place to work you can retreat to one of the three bedrooms upstairs. Large recently renovated kitchen with new stainless appliances Large main bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom and walk in closet. Bring your own queen size sheets, pillowcases and towels. Bedroom #2 queen size bed, desk, dresser and closet. Bring your own queen size sheets and towels. Bedroom #3 two twin beds and closet. Bring your own twin size sheets and towels. Bathrooms- Bring your own towels. Body wash, shampoo/conditioner, TP and cleaning supplies will be provided. Guest access Check in 4pm/ Check out 11am NO additional guests allowed- 6 people max including children NO Parties NO Pets NO Smoking or vaping 2 cars may be parked in driveway NO wet clothes/swimsuits/towels on beds or furniture Please treat our home as your own. Washer and Dryer- absolutely NO sandy laundry in washer and dryer. Let sandy clothes/towels dry completely and then shake vigorously to remove sand before putting in the washer. Pool Rules: NO children are allowed to swim unattended There is no lifeguard at the pool. Please follow posted rules. There are bathrooms/showers and changing areas at the pool There are security cameras at the pool. Pool fob will be in instruction book. Other things to note The basement and garage will be locked and inaccessible during your stay Garbage cans are in back of the property
