Cozy apartment in Gracia, near Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, where "La Pedrera" is located. The apartment has wooden floors, exposed brick walls and a ceiling with visible beams. A room with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a newly renovated open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and screen. Gracia neighborhood is an area with a lot of life, bars, terraces and a cozy atmosphere. Great variety of restaurants and national and international gastronomy. The space The apartment has hardwood floors, brick walls and exposed beams. It has one separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and air conditiong. American kitchen fully equipped: fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, oven. Dinningroom just next to the kitchen Two livingroom: sofas, TV , air conditioning. Bathroom with hair dryer and towels. The shower is 0.70 x 1mts. The hot water can be limited cause it is a 80lt water heater, so probably will need to wait a bit between showers The floor is original antique wood so it can be a little bit noisy. Barcelona is a constantly growing city, so there may be noise from unforeseen works. It has s air conditioning and heating. It's on a residencial area safe but lively. Gracia district is famous for its squares, bars, cinemas, good restaurantes, old streets and independent shops. First floor, no elevator. (Short stairway) We provide linens and towels. The apartment has License for Touristic use. Guest access I want to remind you that the building where my apartment is located is a residential building, so parties and meeting are not allow. It is very important to respect the rest of the neighbors. Keep silence from 21h to 8h. When there are parties or loud noice, the neighbors call to the police and put a penalty fee of 300€, please be aware of it. If I received any complaint of the neighbors about a unproper behevior I am afraid I will end your reservation inmediatly and request for a economic compensation about it. Other things to note Tax City not included in the price. This are 9.5€ per person per night. **Late check ins are accepted, but with an EXTRA COST (after 8pm - 30 euros, after 11pm - 50 euros) - PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL The apartment has License for Touristic use.
