Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The common areas, main entrance and exterior are shared with other guests and property. The rest of the rooms in the house are for private use. Other things to note The tax on stays in tourist establishments of the Generalitat de Catalunya is not included in the price, this must be paid on arrival by the guests, by cash, bank transfer or bizzum.
