Welcome to “The Annex”. A recently refurbished, self-contained apartment in the lovely village of Harlestone in rural Northamptonshire with stunning views. You are only: 2 mins to Althorp House (childhood home of Princess Diana), 2 mins to Northampton Golf Club, 5 mins to Sedgebrook Hall and Holdenby House, 5 mins to Harlestone Firs, 5 mins to Brampton Valley Way, 10 mins to several traditional pubs, 10 mins to Northampton and Long Buckby train stations and 10 mins to the M1, A14 and A5. The space The Annex consists of an entrance and hallway leading to a large shower room with basin and toilet on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with a panoramic view across fields to the nearby village of Holdenby. This floor comprises a separate bedroom and a living space including a Settee and Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven with microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and is well stocked with dinnerware, cutlery and glasses. Heating is provided by modern electric wall heaters. Although we are rural we have good fibre broadband at the property. Tea, coffee and milk are provided. The bedroom has a King Size bed which can easily be separated into two single beds if required. Please let me know when you book which suits you. Our accommodation has been designed with you in mind with all your home comforts. This modern apartment offers a great location for a peaceful getaway or for a nearby wedding at Sedgebrook Hall or Northampton Golf Club. There are plenty of traditional pubs in the surrounding countryside accessible within 10 mins by car or for the more adventurous by foot- bridle ways and footpaths are all accessible from the apartment. We live in the adjacent house so are on hand should you have any questions. We have 2 very friendly dogs who are happy to greet you. Please let us know if this might be a problem.
