Enjoy an elegant experience in this centrally located space just a few meters from the beach, supermarkets and shops. Fully renovated 4th floor apartment. There is no elevator in the building Air conditioning INCLUDED in the months of November, December, January, February and March to heat the apartment. Air conditioning at extra cost, optional, from April to October. In July and August, monthly rental discounts are not valid The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, capsules, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots, etc., with a table and chairs for 4 people, a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Please note: there is no living room with a sofa in this apartment. It has a spacious patio with table and chairs, a sun hat and a barbecue. It has a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and sink. There are 2 large bedrooms; 1 with 2 single beds (which can be joined) and 1 with a double bed. There is the possibility of placing a baby crib upon request and availability (free service). Bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are included. We leave 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, the customer is responsible for stocking after finishing. We do not provide shower gel, shampoos, oils, etc. We don't have private parking, but there is plenty of free and paid parking around the apartment. Guest access Restrictions: This accommodation is intended exclusively for families, reservations for groups of young people are not accepted. The rules of coexistence must be respected and the neighbors must not be disturbed. Noise: Guests must maintain respectful and considerate behavior with other guests and neighbors at all times and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions, and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Other things to note NOT INCLUDED: We have air conditioning for heating and cooling at an additional cost of €50 per week (from April to October) INCLUDED: The use of air conditioning in the coldest months of the year to heat the apartment: November, December, January, February and March.
