apartment in the oldest neighborhood of Tours

This apartment is very well located for visiting the castles of the Loire and also discovering the city, its restaurants, its bars and especially the beautiful banks of the Loire. Ideal base also for cycling the Loire: I have a secure bicycle storage room. Bedroom 1 overlooks an inner courtyard, the living room and kitchen overlook Rue Colbert and bedroom 2 overlooks a small street, my apartment being a corner apartment. Breakfast is included with local products. The space The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed overlooking an inner courtyard, a living room/office with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen overlooking a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. It is on the second floor without elevator access Guest access the entire apartment. Other things to note this apartment is my personal home that I make available entirely when it is rented. I provide breakfast consisting of coffee or tea and homemade jams.
