Interior apartment in cultural house

Located in the heart of the historic Matta Sur neighborhood, a heritage neighborhood of the city of Santiago, where identity, architecture, tradition and tranquility are preserved, but in the heart of Santiago. The location is strategic, near Av. Matta, where you can access all types of transportation (buses and Metro line 5 and line 3). Steps away from Plaza Bogota, a green and cultural space. We are also very close to the free fairs that take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The space The house is newly restored, and the first floor lodging space is brand new. The entrance is on the first floor of the house (shared) but then you access by a staircase to the second floor where you have your entrance and private door with a key. The space consists of a fully equipped studio for two people. A double bed, storage space, equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating, full bathroom, and another table for working or eating. It also has a huge private patio where you can rest, sunbathe, and whatever you want. The house is a cultural house and event space for the LGTBIQA+ community, so we prefer guests who are part of the community. In any case, we can receive everyone who respects our community. If an event is scheduled, we will notify our guests in advance so that they have the freedom to choose whether they want to stay in our space or not. The hosts, Chio and Melisa, live in the house below. You can count on us for whatever we can help you with. We'll be happy to host you in our house and tell you about our city. Guest access Shared main access and then access to the second floor where the private access to your room will be and where you also have a private patio/terrace. During your stay We live on the first floor of the house (the interior apartment that is rented is on the second floor). We are available for guests, in the house or on WhatsApp to help them with whatever they need. Other things to note As a historic neighborhood, we are very close to important sites of Santiago's popular culture such as the Franklin neighborhood and the Bio-Bio market, Almagro Park and O'Higgins.
